Requirements
- Must successfully pass a criminal background check
- Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening (non-THC)
- Ability to read and follow written instructions, drawings, work orders, and product specifications
- Ability to use hand tools and perform repetitive assembly tasks with accuracy
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Ability to lift, carry, and move materials as required throughout the production process
- Previous manufacturing, assembly, production, upholstery, automotive, aerospace, or related experience preferred
- Ability to manage changing priorities and meet production deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Assemble seat components and related products according to engineering specifications and work instructions
- Gather and organize materials, parts, and hardware required for production
- Use hand and power tools to complete assembly tasks safely and efficiently
- Inspect components and finished products to ensure quality standards are met
- Follow established production processes and quality control procedures
- Maintain accurate production records as required
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals
- Troubleshoot minor assembly issues and report concerns to supervision
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
- Perform repetitive tasks while standing, bending, reaching, and using hands throughout the workday
- Complete assigned work orders and production tasks on schedule
- Full-Time, 40 Hours Per Week
- Monday through Friday
- Hours to be confirmed by employer
- $17.00 per hour
- Eligible for company benefits upon successful completion of the probationary period and permanent hire. Benefit details will be provided at that time.
